Currency exchange rates are completely unpredictable. Don't tell me about the George Soros GBP trade; that was 30 years ago. Manage Forex risk on longer term projects by 1) including language in your contract that allow for significant Forex fluctuations, 2) stating baseline Forex rates in your contracts, 3) stating the amount of project fees subject to the various Forex rates, and 4) automating steps 2 and 3 in your pricing tool outputs.
