  • existing customers are giving you less work and naming pricing as an important reason why

  • prospective customers are consistently pressuring you on price across the board.

  • external benchmarking indicates numerous areas of pricing above market ranges.

  • you've blindly raised pricing across the board in recent years without reviewing your cost basis against those prices.
