A client won't award you a new project based on your color scheme, but they will notice when you've thrown loads of on-brand marketing at them leading up to the RFP but then your proposal and budget look like they came from the Accounting department.
Similarly, pricing employees won't resign just because different areas of your pricing tool are formatted in wildly different styling, but they will absolutely appreciate a consistent formatting scheme that helps them visually navigate to what they need to focus on in a fraction of the time.
